Alarm and Event Codes with Bonus Problem Inside!

Can someone please direct me to BCM Alarm and Event Codes. I checked on the BCM docs and the Nortel site. Apparently I'm not looking in the right place. I have a paper copy of a mid-90's Norstar alarm and event code that has basically become completely worthless.

Have a BCM customer that's having 2 problems, 1 is sporadically noisy calls coming in on PRI to a DTI. 2 is a 4 port analog line card (Module 6, "slot" 2) that is connected to a router for tie line calls to other company sites. Calls will occasionally drop or become one way speech path calls.
For some reason, the IT guy says he does a shutdown when either of these things happen and the problem clears up every time. He suspects a router card issue with the tie lines, but would like some confirmation before he orders a new part. Who knows on the noisy PRI, there are no errored seconds on the CSU stats.

The errors that keep repeating are:

Alarm 202
Event 680
Event 999 (always occurs 32 times for some reason)
Alarm 51
Alarm 52 (parameters 6 02 (the analog tie line card)).

I know that the 50 something errors have to do with the analog cards. Do these errors occur when coming back from shutdown? Would they occur if the dialtone was not present? Would these errors be generated if the cards themselves were bad? Anything on the other errors?

I'm just askin'
