Hello,

I use Nortel’s Norstar-PLUS Modular ICS and need to record an incoming greeting as follows:

Good day and thank you for calling Accumed.
For English, press 1, Para español, la prensa 2

If the user presses 1, they hear some instructions in English and at the tone would record a message. If the user presses 2, they hear some instructions in Spanish and at the tone would record a message

Can I record in a menung fashion?

Build an auto attendant and use a CCR tree to transfer to mailboxes.
