Location: Detroit, MI Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Hi, I setup our BCM50 to use auto attendant but when the call rings the set it does not show caller ID. The set has unanswered by me set as well as a log. What am I forgetting to get the caller ID to the desktop? Thanks, Bry

But the second thing you need to check is in the line assignement section in element manager there is a check box on each line for caller ID. Make sure that this is checked off or it will not work. Ilan.

Each user has log all calls assigned with log space. I do not see a check box in lines adminstration for caller id.
