RCC Historical No Stats - Real Time Stats OK HI, This is my first post at PBX info and am I glad I found this place ! We have a BCM 400 and have been running Reporting for Call Center on a a separate pc. I have a two part question, if that is ok? Firstly I need to understand how RCC works. I.e. my perception is that all the stats are held on the BCM initially and when you set up RCC on a pc or server, it pulls all the stats to the pc or server, populating the MySql dbase. Is this how it works? So, if I had to set up RCC on a new machine (if the old one crashed, say) then the new RCC installation just pulls all the stats again from the BCM. So by setting up a new instance of RCC, I won't lose any stats as all stats are held on the BCM anyway? Question2. We are noticing that we have no historical stats before October last year and we don't know why. Real time seems ok. I have read somewhere that there is a known issue regarding this and the resolution is to reboot the BCM - can anyone verify or endorse this? Your help and advice will be much appreciated. thanks |
