Unhappy CallPilot Issues - Language & External Transfer

Hello,

I'm trying to configure my CallPilot system (100). I used the language configuration utility to switch the preinstalled Mandarin to Spanish and each time I run it, I get a connection reset message. The result is that nothing has changed. Can anyone advise what the cause might be?

Second, I have setup a call tree that has a transfer to an outside number. Our system has two lines. I would like to do a link transfer, but understand it might not be allowed or have a cost associated from AT&T??? At any rate, even using Line 2 and typing the number in doesn't work. Can anyone advise?

Finally, the system seems to hang onto calls and it does not appear that the second line is getting picked up. For example, someone callls in and is in the VM system. I want to call out and I get line not selected problems.

Did I open a can or what? Any help for this seemingly inadequately documented system would be appreciated. Thanks so much.

Update...

It now appears that the language utility will work for another language ... EXCEPT the CallPilot interface (after restart) still shows the old Language.

Regarding the external call transfer node, I can see it trying to access the sceond line and then I get a message stating the Routing Information Configured for this Call is not Valid.

Don't know if this sheds any additional light?
