Rep Power: 0  Country:  |  Phone is still ring after incomming call and!!! Hi I'm installing a BCM50 system and I meet a problem need to be solved. The phenomenon is: when a caller from outside call to inside office,listen to auto-attendant, press ext, ring..ring..ring..but dont take phone. Before the call goes to mailbox, the outside caller cut off. Normally, the inside ext phone must corrupt to ring. But here, it still ring ring ...The minimum ring I can set is 3 (configuration\telephony\Global settings\feature\ transfer delay rings). If I delete all voicemails and auto-attendant, the phenomenon disappears. What is this problem? Please help me solve this Thank you very much Dragontail | ||||||||
