I think you may be changing the company greeting, when you want to be changing the customized AA menu prompt. I have see this before, the greeting is not for saying press this and press that, it is just a greeting of the day, the custom AA prompt is really what that is for although most dont use it that way. If you call your system and listen to your new message and the old one all the way through do you get a female voice that that says " Using the dialpad please enter the extinsion you with to call. To use the directory, press# ....." if you do get that message then I am wrong, but if you dont hear her you have a custom AA menu prompt and that is what you want to change.

If this is the case and you need help changing it just ask. I learned this stuff when our main guy quit. Being a CO Tech and used to switching, this was not hard for me to pick up, but i know how you feel.

I haven't had a change to try the suggestions yet, but rest assured I'm still on the case. There is also someone here who is looking into other issues with the phone, so she might be able to fix it at some point.
