Just need some help with the Call pilot (1st one).

Trying to set up the AA as follows:

You have reached abc co, if u know the ext pls dial it now for a company direc press 8 or press 0 for the oper.

Now pressing 8 will go to an info mbx and annouce all the names and extension after that is done it trfs back to the main menu.

I just have a prob, when litening to the info mbx, u cannot press the ext # and have to wait until it goes back to the main menu.

Any other way how to do it?

And also how do I make no entries trf to ext 221 and not the general mbx.

how is the system set up? NVM or Call Pilot?

The problem is stated right in your complaint and that is you created and info mailbox.
Info mailboxes are just what they say they are...just info like company address and fax number....what you need to use is MENU because that is what it is, a menu to choose from

Since your menu will not be a choice of 1-8 but instead ext#'s you will need to create path 88 and make it transfer to 221....this just fools the system to making a complete tree.

Go into tables #1 and press next til you see atdnt and change to 221 then go to F982 and enter password=OPERATOR and change Atdnt available YES and 221.
