BCM50 Lines won't activate! - PBX Info :: Your Free PBX, PABX and Telephone Information Resource

I am installing an BCM50 and have installed the required keycodes. Under keycodes it show 4 Int Analog Trunk as "Active". But when I go to lines nothing shows up there. If I go to "Inactive Lines" 61 - 64 are all there.

Also, if I go to "Telephony Resources" it shows Internal Trunks on Bus 3 as "Enabling.."

Is there something else I need to do to get these line active? It there a card or anything I could check inside the cabinet itself that may have come loose?

I think there was a Nortel bulletin for this issue maybe someone here can verify.

Sometimes, I don't know why, but the analogue lines will not enable unless you actually have the physical line connected to the system when you enable the lines in the software.

i think that you choose region for resetting not correct . You reset region against .
