Forwarding with No Phone Attached
I have forward all calls on a particular DN; because this user is working from home. However, when we unplugged the phone, it no longer works, is there a way to make this happen without having the actual phone plugged in?

When you did the call forward this is done thru the phone or the voicemail. In the past I have sent this external forward thru a voicemail box. Do you happen to have a call pilot or Nam attached to this phone extension? If you do you can do call forward in the mailbox.
