I am installing a MICS 0x32, with DID trunk cartridge. I have a red light on trunk module and I believe that I have a bad module. Can anyone help with this? Also, if i remember correctly I should be able to put my butt set on the DID trunk port (before getting trunk from telco) and dial the digits that telco will be sending me and actually ring the set that it is programmed to for recieved digits. This is more of a sanity check because I haven't installed one of these in a long time.

Did you ask this question in the Norstar forum also? You are more likely to get an answer there than here.

Some of the older trunk mods had red LEDs for normal operation. You can check the DID trunks the way you posted.
