Location: Dallas, Texas Rep Power: 0 ![]() | New Samsung dealer... dont take this box away yet Hey guys. I have a MICS with 6.0 and 3 T1's in its system. Only can be done in 6.0 software. And we have Cynphony on it as well. Updated to the lastest and greatest version. The problem is at 3:30pm the system reboots and works fine till the next day. We didn't have this problem until the new T was installed and we were updated to 6.0. However today it rebooted at 4:30 pm. I have heard that the new T1 could be giving this thing a fit. I now it will do that on the avaya junk. So could this happen to our precious MICS? Somebody help me out please. We have done every thing to check it out and cannot find a thing. We came up with "rtp tracebacks" but no help other than that.

Location: Dallas, Texas Rep Power: 0 ![]() | A little story Thanks..Yes the cards are all in the correct location. And they are all new. I am not sure where else to go with this weird problem. I guess I can get a new controller card to check with again. However things were just fine until the new T came into play. Could this new T be sending out so many errors that would make it do this?
