Fax problem

I have been trying to do a backup on an 824 DR5. Using Norstar manager 3.5. when it connects I get "ERROR LOADING DATA DICTIONARY DATA FOR THIS KSU"

obviously I can't do it using remote tools.

any ideas why this won't work or what to try next.

I'm using the scheduler run/submit job to start the backup

thanks

Rollovers and Forwarding

Are your system details set up exactly the same as the KSU, including whether the software is English/French, or English/Spanish ?

Also dr-5 has to be at least Rls 04

What cls' are needed to change a key from SCR to MCR.

Thanks Marv,

I double checked the release, it was a rls 4 but the NT number was a bit older than the minimum required....
