Rep Power: 0 ![]() | FDN/HUNT to ACD DN I have been setting up this new MICS 5.0 system with a Nortel Flash and PRI lines with DID. I have the DID ringing on the sets that they need to be on, but the way they route to voicemail is not working the way I need it to when a user is on a call example. Line 147 is set to recv digits 2223 and if busy go to prime prime DN is 2223 on dn 2223 line 147 is set to ring only with appearences 2 there are 2 intercom keys on 2223 fwd no answer is set to 2251 the flash dnd on busy is set to no If I fwd on busy to 2251 the 2nd line does not ring and goes to voicemail If I fwd on busy to none the 2nd int rings 4 times then goes to voicemail if it is not answered Now comes the fun part, The line also rings on the recptionist phone 2221, 2221 is set to line 147 ring only with 2 appear. 2221 has 4 intercom keys if 2223 has 2 lines in use and a third call comes in, but the recptionist fails to answer it it goes to her voicemail the recp line is set to roll over to voicemail after 6 rings and all other lines after 4 Is there any way to make it so if 2223 has both lines busy it will go to the proper voicemail box instead of the recptionist voicemail? What I would really like: int Line 1 rings and is answered another call comes in and a short beep is heard like call waiting and the second int line is answered a third call comes in and rings at the recp and if she does not answer it goes to voicemail for the original line. I'm cutting this system over tonight, so any input would be helpful

Rep Power: 7 ![]() | What cls' are needed to change a key from SCR to MCR. No, will not go to VM of 2223. Your best bet is to remove the app of 2223 on 2221. Why does this have to ring on 2221 if 2223 has a VM box? If you want 2223 to be ans by 2221, why not try an answer DN? Also, you will have probs with off net message notification using a flash VM and PRI. Best bet is to use a Call Pilot, and all will be ok. You will get messages (the system was unable to notfy you at the number specified) using the flash VM. __________________ Two snips, a snort, a turn, a fly, and a grunt, and it was so simple, like the jitterbug, it plum evaded me!

Location: Fl & Ga Rep Power: 0 ![]() | A little story FYI If cfw is same time on sta/s w/same appearence call forwards to sta w/ lowest PORT number, usually but not always lowest sta number. Solution is to change order of sta/port relationship or change number of rings b4 forwarding.
