Cool callpilot voice mail lockout

I was attempting to change a password as it asked me to, then do not know how I got it locked out. Says to see the system admin, which is me.
Can someone advise me on how to proceed.

Do you have any documentation? Do you have any experience administering the system? Do you have passwords? Need to know where you're at with this.

You need to go into admin and reset the password for the mailbox that is locked out. Obviously. If you don't know how this is accomplished, my suggestion is you call your vendor and set up a training session on programming the Call Pilot.

I have figured it out!! Yes I have the passwords and some documentation.
Since it is fairly new system I had not needed to make any changes prior to now.
After my post here I figured out just how to take care of it.

The company who installed it about 4 months ago, has a disconnected telephone number, and most likely out of business. Also their cell numbers are not good, so I will have to go to nortel website and locate another distributor, who I can get set up with for any service and or technical help. This company who installed our system, I checked out fairly well before we made the purchase, in business for 27 years. Bad choice I guess.

I appreciate the replies. I located the procedure and have acomplished the task. I was given very little instructions and training from the vendor.
I have the CD we had requested for CallPilot and some instruction manuals.
