If you don't know how this is accomplished, my suggestion is you call your vendor and set up a training session on programming the Call Pilot. __________________ Two snips, a snort, a turn, a fly, and a grunt, and it was so simple, like the jitterbug, it plum evaded me! | ||||||||

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | I have figured it out!! Yes I have the passwords and some documentation. Since it is fairly new system I had not needed to make any changes prior to now. After my post here I figured out just how to take care of it. The company who installed it about 4 months ago, has a disconnected telephone number, and most likely out of business. Also their cell numbers are not good, so I will have to go to nortel website and locate another distributor, who I can get set up with for any service and or technical help. This company who installed our system, I checked out fairly well before we made the purchase, in business for 27 years. Bad choice I guess. I appreciate the replies. I located the procedure and have acomplished the task. I was given very little instructions and training from the vendor. I have the CD we had requested for CallPilot and some instruction manuals. | ||||||||
