Unhappy Call Center on Call Pilot issue

All,
I have a issue with a old buddy on a job site trying to get the Call Center App. to work. He is doing it for the 1st time and called me for help and I have never done one so...Here I am

There seems to be something missing and I dunno what. I read the doc's, thought I followeed the correct procedure and still getting nothing.

Basically, set up the cdn to be 6999. Set SK 2 for TL 256 (rec'd of 6999)to answer it. Have (2) agents in que (sk2) and can't get the agents to ring.

Checked F982 to make sure it is answering the calls. We do not get any greetings and/ or the agents sets to ring.

What am I missing?

Familiar with the product line, just never did a Call Center app before.

Did you go to the lines in the Call Pilot-line256-answer with SS2? May sound stupid, but are the agents logged in?

Starting down the right path. Check F982 again, make sure business is open. Make sure in AutoAttendant, answer is by Call Center, not AA. If you use AA to answer lines, CCR tree selection must have a transfer to the CDN of the skilset. Make sure under CC, that the skillset is enabled. I had hell with the operators the IN softkey showed up they thought they were logged in, you have to press that IN key.

To check whether the agents are logged in , go to CC, Agents , the display will show if they are relly logged in.

AND if all is correct, reboot the CP, I have had to do this a couple of times

Yeah had the F982 set up. That is quoted in the manual.
Agents showed logged in and not using a CCR tree. Skillset was enabled and rebooted the thing a lot.

This is just one of those things. I just got off the phone with my buddy. He stated he was overnighting it to the supplier to set up and then they'll send it back. Who knows what the problem is. I am on the phone and he was doing the work so.....
