Voicemail messages cut off - PBX Info :: Your Free PBX, PABX and Telephone Information Resource

Anyone have any ideas why voicemail messages cut off ? It's a Meridian 2216 and I'm trying to retrieve the messages from this phone. I have tried to re-set the phone, replaced the cord from the phone to the jack, and replaced the phone all together. Nothing seems to work. I can retrieve full messages for this certain extension from another phone without any problem.. Any Ideas??? frustrated.. Thanks!!

What type of Voice Mail System are you using?

Could be a bug where the voice mail box is told what ext to associate with...try deleting the mailbox and start fresh.

Also try to check for sombody else's messages from the problem phone to see if they have the same problem with other mailboxes at that set.
