Call Center Reporting on BCM3.6

Just a quick question regarding BCM3.6 and Call Center Professional.

I have read the books, but I am looking for REAL answers from other techs.

I have a client who's master PC died. It was Windows 2000 and it seemed to work good.

The client has asked me if he should purchase XP Home or XP Professional. What experiences have other techs had running XP as the Master PC and is there any special tricks (not in the manual) should I be aware of .

All the Best

Toronto Guy

HI Techguy74,

my best advise if possible is to upgrade to BCM 4.0. The mySQL database contained in the 4.0 release is much better then the one coming with 3.6.

If you stay at 3.6, XP Professional works fine without any tricks. I wouldn't go Home Edition.

Best regards,

Pa
