I HAVE A 8X24 THAT IS INTERGRATED WITH OCTEL PC BASED VOICE MAIL. WHAT'S HAPPENING IS THAT WHEN YOU DAIL THE PILOT NUMBER TO MAIL FROM YOUR DN KEY INSTEAD OF HEARING YOUR PERSONAL VERIFICATION AND ASKING FOR YOUR PASSWORD YOU GET "WELCOME TO VOICE INFORMATION PROCESSING. PLEASE DIAL THE NUMBER OF THE PERSON THAT YOU ARE CALLING. IF YOU HAVE A VOICE MAILBOX ON THIS SYSTEM PRESS POUND. IT'S LIKE IT HAS LOST THE INTERGRATION OR THE NORSTAR IS NOT PASSING DIGITS TO THE OCTEL. ANYONE KNOW WHAT'S UP? THANKS

Try rebooting the Octel.
I have seen them get into a strange loop where they treat DN's just like external lines.

THANKS MARVO BUT ALREADY HAD TRIED THAT. IS THERE PROGRAMMING IN THE NORSTAR THAT NEEDS TO BE SET TO SEND DIGITS? IS THERE ANY PROGRAMMING IN THE OCTEL THAT COULD HAVE BEEN CHANGED?
