I'm 99.999% sure you cannot upgrade the CP 100 to an Enhanced Call Center.

I would have to concur. I think that is designed to run on it's own CP150 and you run a seperate CP150 for VM. For they money, you want as many channels as you can get.

Why would you want enhanced on it. Is there something it does that the customer wants? The enhanced software will only run on the 150. If it is something the customer wants specific, maybe there is a workaround. Or you could sell them a 150 with enhanced. True, on larger systems running call center you want to use 2 units. 1 for VM and 1 for CC. That way you can dedicate all 8 ports to the CC. How big is the MICS this is on?
