Keycode Retrieval System access??

Hey all,
Just curious if Nortel has a process for the end user to obtain Keycodes. I found that, as an independant technician, I have no access to the KRS. But I thought that maybe there is a process for the customer to obtain a keycode for their product. I told them that I was able to get keycodes, but apparently things have changed since the last time that I had to retrieve my own keycode. Anyways, it's a CP 4 seat authorization on a BCM-50, if that makes any difference. The last time I retrieved a keycode, you just dialed an 800 number and entered the sys id and the Auth. code and it read the keycode out to you. I guess Nortel is clamping down again. Thanks.

They have done it online for the last year or so. There was a back door, if you knew the non-800 number they printed on the keycode sheet a long time ago. If anyone has that number, I would be curios to see if it still works.

You will need someone with Nortel web access to generate the keycode for you...now reffered to as KRS (Keycode Retreival System).
