Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Istvan, I understanding where you're comming from, but when we have already contacted the company and they will not offer any support, then this I suppose is the next logical step. We also contacted a company in town (who actually is doing the install for us now) they also are baffled. We did go thru the steps in the manual to reset the admin pass., but it will not do that since there is another pass. installed already. We simply want to reset the system to default as it came from the factory for a new install. Thanks | ||||||||

Location: Mass Rep Power: 6 ![]() | You need to get in touch with vendor that does Norstar. Sounds like your vendor is not up to the task. All the vendors I know (including me) have been instructed on what to do in this case by Nortel directly. Go to Nortels site and find an authorized installer in your area. They will know what ot do. | ||||||||
