Rep Power: 0 ![]() | I have a phone system where the users are stating the voicemail system is randomly picking up the calls before they get a chance to answer calls. We have a CallPilot on site with a MICS 6.1 and currently have the lines in the adminstration settings set not to answer so we are unsure why these calls are not ring the main set where the lines appear. Has anyone had this happen to them it could it be something else that I am missing? Thanks in advance for any help you may have for me. | ||||||||

Location: Lake Elmo, Mn Rep Power: 7 ![]() | Is the AA or General Delivery picking up or is there a mailbox picking up the line? What type of lines are you using? Make sure you don't have a randon set programmed for ringing on the lines and that it is not set to forward to the voicemail after two rings. | ||||||||

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | The calls go to the general delivery message on certain instances and the lines are just standard pots lines. I checked into the system and found that no other sets have any lines on them but I had the sets set to fwd on busy to voicemail do you think that had anything to do with it? | ||||||||
