Rep Power: 5 ![]() | night bell Looking for a little help. A company we purchased has a Norstar MICS. The receptionist just quite without notice. They have an auto attendant connected that we are able to call and dial an extension, however my company want a way that we can get a hold of someone in case of emergency. My thought was to turn on the AUX ringer on an unmanned phone and have the AUX ringer connected to a night bell connected to the paging system, then employees would be able to do a group pickup to answer the call. Would this solution work? I have worked very little on Norstars. Also any other solutions would be great. Thanks. | ||||||||
