Unhappy BCM 3.7 and Asterisk - populating directories

Guys,

We have just setup a BCM 3.7 with a PRI connection to an Asterisk server - all working well.

Our BCM has extension numbers in the 5xx range - our Asterisk is in the 6xx range - we have them happily talking etc and on the Asterisk we have setup directory entries to present the user extensions to the SIP phones so we can scroll through a combined directory of all users regardless of system location (i.e. they can be on either the Asterisk or BCM)

We can not find a way to have the 6xx extensions appear in the directory list on the IP2004 phones on the BCM - these appear to be autopopulated from the DNs created when phones are registered.

Does anyone know how to add the Asterisk extensions so that they show up in the BCM directory on the IP2004s ?? I assume that there is a file somewhere on the system that the BCM maintains and populates when new physical extensions are added ?

Any help much appreciated

Craig
