Two Ms-pec Iii Cards

I have a BCM 200 and I have TWO MS-PEC III Cards, however, the system indicates that Slot2 is EMPTY? I am very positive that the 2nd slot is installed correctly, I checked it twice.

Slot1 is working correctly

Any ideas?

What is telling you that Slot 2 is empty? If you are referring to the system status lights on the front of the BCM 200, the 2 is for the WAN card and if not installed will not be lit.

No, in the Unified Manager, it's under "Resources -> Media Services Card -> MS-PEC Information Tab

Pull it out and make sure none of the pin's are bent, also try swapping the PEC's to see if that makes a change.
