CallPilot Greetings

Hello All,
I'm trying to setup a call route for Labor Day here.

I want to use our standard greetings, but insert a wav of "We will be closed in observance of labor day"

Right now our standard greeting in the AA is "Thank you for calling XXXX"
then it forwards to a CCR, with a menu that says "Dial your extension, press 1, blah, blah".

I know I can just merge WAV files and create a new menu, but I was hoping this would be easier so I could just change the holiday greeting every time.

I would like to to run:

Hello Greeting -> Holiday Greeting -> Main Menu

but I can't figure out how to do this. Is it possible?

Thanks!

The easieast way to accomplish what you want to do is to rerecord the Company greeting to include your "Hello" and "We will be closed .... ", then let your CCR tree greeting roll as usual. Of course, you would have to rerecord this (or change back to, depending on if you rerecorded your original or recorded a new greeting and switched your greeting table). If you don't want to change and change back, every holiday, click on "Holidays" under Auto Attendant. This heading will allow you created a custom greeting table on a day by day basis. You still have to record a greeting, but it will "change" back automatically.

Thanks

This is what I was going to do, but I was hoping it could be easier. We have 10 locations each with a different company greeting, so I was hoping we could just record "We will be closed for Labor Day" and place it in there.

I can still spice the WAV files together, so I'll do that. Thanks for your help!

Now this depends on how you recorded your previous greetings, i hope you recorded them on the CCR, if so you can record the (we are closed........) in the AA greeting 1 for example and then activate it in the table after that the CCR path 0 will play cause you know that the greeting flow is as follow:
1. AA greeting
2. CCR path 0
