Level 2 is the last way to bring your BCM back to factory setting otherwise the only one way is call to Nortel Support.

I have video file about BCM50e level 2 reset step by step, let me know if you need it.

BCM Level 2 reset

Can you send me that video? My BCM is hosed right now, it won't come up for anything and I can't seem to find anything on how to reset it to default.

Thanks,

Kevin
