Cool Hunt Group Question

I have a customer who currently has a Magix system with a DV1003B Viking Digital Announcer. The system needs some serious repair and they are looking for something new. Here is the scenario, they are a Pizza Place with about 12 locations all calls coming into their main location. Calls need to be answered with a Greeting and automatically tranferred to a Broadcast Hunt Group. We do not want customers to have to push a number to get to the Hunt Group. Also, it does not appear I will be to utilize the Digital Announcer on the MICS. I have not yet put a quote together, need to find out if this is even possible.

Thanks

This can be done. The cleanest way to do this would be to buy a Call Center keycode and play a forced greeting, then execute a transfer to the Hunt Group extension. This path is cleaner and you can tweak this per customer needs (different actions for business open/closed, etc.).Down and dirty would be to make the Hunt Group extension the operator in the Greeting Table and the caller would time out to the Hunt Group. Kinda a slimy and not tweakable, but I just tried it on our 3.6 BCM and it worked. You make the call.
