Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Hunt group with internal DN and external lines Have MICS with 6.1 and CallPilot 150, VM version 30.00.72.22. The system is installed in our main office with 6 Centrex POTS lines. I have a remote office and have setup a "support line" so that folks at both the main office and the remote office can answer incoming calls. I currently have it setup with a CCR entry on the call pilot which goes to hunt group on the MICS. The hunt group is setup with both local extensions and an extension that auto forwards to an external phone number. If nobody answers then it overflows to a mailbox on the CallPilot. This works correctly, but the call volume on the external line is low due to the conferencing required to link the calls. Is there anything that can be done to improve either the voice volume or is there a better way to set this up? Any suggestions greatly appreciated. Rich | ||||||||
