Access OTM databases directly?

I am working with a Modular ICS 4.0 with a Norstar Voice Mail 3.0 I need to set it up so that when a caller Zero's out of Voice Mail the call will ring on the Receptionist phone as well as 4 other extensions Simultaniously.
Any Ideas on exactly how to accomplish this?

BRI Interface Line Card

Build a broadcast hunt group in your ICS....you will have to give this hunt group a pilot DN..which will be a virtual DN....then set your "0" option in VM to that DN...

when callers "0" out...all the phones in that Hunt group will ring...

Long Time ago

GT, the hunt groups already have a pilot DN. In a default numbering plan MICS the first group's pilot is 707. Just put the ext's in a broadcast group and set your target attendant as 707 and you in business. You can make the hunt group appear on the sets, or ring only.

I am going to be installing a NAM from scratch

Excellent! Thanks GT and Ramjet. Both or your input lead me to the solution. It works great!
If you ever have any questions concerning the AT&T, Lucent, Avaya products, let me know.

Thanks Again
