Location: Mass Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Hey All, I have been struggling to find a way to do this. When I had a regular T1, I had my 8 lines assigned to my phone. That way I could see what lines were busy and how many were free, etc. Now that we are on a PRI, I can't seem to assign those lines to a phone key. Any idea if it is possible? We are running MICS 7 and the PRI is PRI A. Any ideas for somewhere I haven't tried? Thanks, Rob

Rep Power: 7 ![]() | PRI setting will not let you assign a line to a set. You can use the prime set setting. That's what target lines are for. Why would you want to do this? __________________ Two snips, a snort, a turn, a fly, and a grunt, and it was so simple, like the jitterbug, it plum evaded me!

Location: Mass Rep Power: 6 ![]() | That's what I figured. Just to watch the phone traffic. Make sure we have enough lines and such. Plus it helps to be able to access a specific line on the T1 to test it. This was neccasary on my old T1 from time to time. Hopefully the new PRI will be different and not give me any crap.

Rep Power: 7 ![]() | I know what you mean. I have used the same in the past on T1's. I did find out recently, that if you leave a Fast Rad set to answer say line 1, if a call on a PRI comes in on channel 1 and is not answered, the Rad will answer it. Took me a while to figure that one out. __________________ Two snips, a snort, a turn, a fly, and a grunt, and it was so simple, like the jitterbug, it plum evaded me!

I have found this a descent tool. It will show the status of the channel - idle, busy or if it is not in service by an indication of far or near - (which side of the PRI has the channel out of service.)

Rep Power: 7 ![]() | I have a customer (a large cardiology clinic) that uses the SWCA. They use it cause no one can remember what call park location was paged for them. With SWCA on buttons, if they pick up the wrong one, they can put it back. __________________ Two snips, a snort, a turn, a fly, and a grunt, and it was so simple, like the jitterbug, it plum evaded me!
