CICS / CP100 fax switch

God, I hope this is the last issue. This one is about to make me pull my hair out and stab myself in the eyeballs with forks.

I have 3 lines (004, 031, and 032) that "go together". Using the CP Manager, I've configured them to be answered by the auto attendant after 2 rings. The AA Table specifies that they go to either CCR tree 1 or 2 depending on the time of day. Each CCR tree has a home transfer node that transfers to either our off site answering service, or a hunt group (290).

All of that works fine. What doesn't work is Fax switching. I have tried every permutation of configuration in CP Manager, and System Programming > Auto Attendant & >CCR, but to no avail. The system does not detect the fax, and it goes into the CCR tree as if it were a voice call.

I have verified that the fax switch does work, by configuring another line in CP Manager that does not go to a CCR tree.

Am I insane? I feel insane. I thank everyone in advance for their help...

Bryan

Possible dumb questions:
Under "configuration\Fax Properties" in CP Manager, do you have the extension of your fax machine entered here?

Because you said you got it to work for another line, I assume that you do.

What version is your CP running? Some of the older ones were a bit twitchy for me. 3.1 seems to have eliminated most of the nasty ones.
