Rep Power: 0 ![]() | CICS / Callpilot 100 Change DN length Let me preface my question with the stipulation that I can't contact my vendor. They have screwed me over so badly on post-install maintenance and wiring that I can't deal with them any more. I need to (and have) changed the DN length on my system from 2 to 3. What do I need to do in Callpilot for it to recognize this change? It still thinks the DN length is 2. In the "Switch Properties" page of CP Manager, it shows the following: Digits per Extension: 2 Voicemail DN: 235 I've restarted both the CP and the CICS. | ||||||||

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | I finally found my own answer in the documentation: Telephone extension and mailbox numbers are different lengths For CallPilot Manager to work properly, the mailbox number length must match the extension number length assigned to the system. If the extension number length is changed on the system, you must re-initialize and reprogram CallPilot. Damn. | ||||||||
