Enterprise Edge 1000

I just recently got an Enterprise Edge 1000 system with the EE-DTM, EE-CTM and 32 line device. I am really having a hard time finding information or media bay modules for it. There seem to be plenty of BCM 1000s around, but none for this. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what it would take to upgrade this to a BCM1000 and also if anyone knows where I can get a EE-CTM CLID media bay module. It has two connectors in the back, one 10 pin and another 4 pin for power.

I would also like to know what Nortel did with this system, seeing as they don't support it anymore. Was it a monumental disaster when it was released in 2000? Any current users that are happy with their 1.0 version enterprise edge? Are software updates available?

Everyone I talk to seems to confuse this with a BCM1000. Or may I'm the one confused. Any thoughts?

thanks

You probably got a first release BCM. What color are the connectors (ie: parallel port, PS2, etc) hidden behind the flip down door on the lower front left part of the system? If you can take a digital image and post it that would help identify the system. Also, take a picture of the back of the media bay modules if you can.
