Rep Power: 6   | Remote Administration for Norstar? Just a wild query. Is there a way that I could connect Norstar administration into a PC, like what the Meridian 1 does? I got MICS 7.0. Just imagining a box of SMDR can output information to a Hyperterminal, for example. Same way, I imagine a box like that good for administration. Sometimes simple changes I need to go down to other site (but I could not let somebody to do that over dictation remotely). In this query, I will access the PC connected on the far side then.  | ||||||||

Rep Power: 7 | There is a remote administration box Norstar makes to do remote changes. You have to dial in to it and use your kepad on you phone, but as long as you know the programming codes you can do it from your office. I believe it is about $300 for the device, but well worth your time for simple changes. I hope this helps! Angler | ||||||||
