Rep Power: 6 ![]() | call logging for the bcm 400 I had a user request call logging options, and at first I told them that unless they purchase a call accounting system, that really wasn't a possibility. After further investigation, I found in the set options that I could turn on call logging. The log was set to zero, with a max of 600. I set it to 600 (kilobits, I'm assuming for each user?). How are these logs accessed? I couldn't really find any documentation on this, so I was hoping somebody here would know! Thanks in advance for all your help. Angler

Location: Meechigan Rep Power: 5 ![]() | Set up log space and log options. Feature to access logs is "Feature 812". With a 2 line display you will get softkeys, with a X7208 or X100, use "#" to get new log entries and "*" to get old entries. I think it's "Hold" to erase. (New entry becomes old entry after viewing, but not deleting. Just like voicemail)
