BCM VoIP to Norstar VoIP Gateway w/ DISA?

I have a customer with a BCM on location A, and a Norstar w/ VoIP Gateway in location B. (4 VoIP Trunks on each.)

QUESTION:

Is it possible to allow users on each system to access a VoIP trunk and make local PSTN calls on the other system? I tried setting up DISA, but no success.

Do I need MCDN to accomplish this?

When you set up DISA did also assign the COS w/filter and allow Remote access for the lines.

MCDN is not supported on the Norstar VoIP Gateway.

Just make sure remote capabilites are setup on your VoIP route. If not, you wont be able to seize a remote trunk.

Best regards,

Pa

on the BCM. You need to allow the VoIP trunks the ability access the PRI, or whatever outgoing trunks you are using on the BCM.
