Location: Toronto Rep Power: 4 ![]() | I have a client that is using LAN CTE with a PC Console program. I am checking into patches, but I figured I would throw this on the table. Throughout the day, the LAN CTE shuts downs, and if left, it will restart on it's own. Otherwise the customer needs to manually re-initialize it. Of course, using a PC Console application it is noticed right away by the receptionist. Any quick fix's ??? The supplier of this software claims " Their Stuff is Good " Let me know your thoughts!

Rep Power: 3 ![]() | We had issues with LAN-CTE and the Convertec PC Console. This was on a BCM 3.6. We applied some LAN-CTE patches and applied some Windows Service packs to resolve the issue. If your Pc Console is convertec, they are probably right!!!! Best regards, PA
