Rep Power: 5  Country:  | BCM50e line 064 does not flash or ring on incoming calls Line 064 on BCM 50 does not flash or ring on incoming calls yet you can answer the call...dialtone is there Line 064 is on the 4 internal analogue trks. of the main unit it is setup to appear and ring lines 061,062 and 063 ring and flash on the sets if i disable and renable the 4 internal trks then all is well this only lasts for 2 days has anyone an answer or experienced this thks leprechaun3 | ||||||||

Location: Meechigan Rep Power: 7 Gender:  Country: | There is a Nortel patch released 4/11/06, "BCM050.083-CUMULATIVE-PATCH-1", that you should apply. There have been ongoing issues with analog trunk carts on the BCM 50, and the patch "read me" specifically mentions your problem. | ||||||||

Rep Power: 5 Country: |  Line 064 is 0n the BCM50e main unit It is not a trk module or a media bay module It does mention in the upgrade on page 3 about no ringing or flashing on the lines I will apply this patch to the BCM50e and see what happens THKS to GoGoGophers | ||||||||
