Fast Rad

I'm trying to reset a fast rad and have tried 2 different instructions with the soft keys and they both will not reset the fast rad. any ideas?
I have tried the 8X left 3X middle 7X right and then the 5X left 7X middle and 8X right hold 2 1 rls.

I'll probably get somebody giving me trouble for this, but ultimately you could bleed off the charge of the super capacitor (5.5V, 1 farad, about the size of a quarter). I usually do this using a 600ohm resistor, a couple of leads with alligator clips and let it sit for about twenty minutes. I've also heard of people using a flashlight bulb to accomplish the same result. Please don't just bridge the posts as this could cause more harm than good. This will default your FastRad. The reason I say I'll probably get in trouble for this is that this procedure is NOT recommended and will void any warranty.
