Rep Power: 0 ![]() | BCM 200 Exchange Unified Messaging Email Hello Everyone! We just installed our new BCM 200 and are starting to understand our misconceptions of the functionality of the system. Our idea of Unified Messaging is not what we found with the CallPilot integration. Anyway, we are learning to live with it. My question is this: - What tools/rules does everyone else use when a new voicemail arrives into your CallPilot Message store and you want to copy and forward it via email to your Email (exchange) inbox so it gets kicked to a blackberry? - Essentially we want to forward our voicemail via email somewhere. How do you do that? Any 3rd party tools, Outlook Rules, or custom IMAP scripts would be great. We can't be the first ones trying to do this. Thanks, J

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | You may want to look at the Microsoft Exchange 2007 Server as a replacement to your current voicemail system. I believe from my beta testing it prooves to be a very nice messaging platform. From what I have read the software went RTM last week, so it hopefully will be available to Software Assurance Volume Licensing customers in January.
