Definity Prologix operation

I have an EVT247 S4, this is not in the book. I have an XC 5.0

calls are ringing on the callers end, but, not on the system side.

Second PRI being installed

Evnet 247 An invalid channel related event was received. Action= Record the event message and contact your local support group... Outline the switch for me Shooter, I assume this has T-1 or PRI? Do you have your target lines assgnd? What about sets, ie; line assignment and appear and ring, or ring only!!!

phone ring forever without prompt for leaving voice message

Correct, this is a PRI.This switch resides on a campus environment and has many tennants. Some DIDs are assigned to ring only, some are ring and appear. No problem like this for 2yrs., when it when in. I have discovered that in the manual, in the evt codes area, it says to reboot on EVTs 245-248. I might have to give it a shot. Maybe the PRI hiccuped.
