Calls going to general mailbox

I installed a MICS with Callpilot 150. What is happening is that when a person calls in and if the receptionist doesn't answer within 6 rings the AA in Callpilot answers. If they press 0 to get an operator it rings the Operator 4 times and then goes to the general mailbox. The customer wants it to be that if someone presses 0 it will ring the Operator indefinitely. I have taken off the Operator extension for the GM under the Callpilot and I have also disabled Forward no answer and Forward on busy under MICS programming, but it still forwards to the GM after 4 rings. Also something else I have noticed is that I tried to set a phone to forward no answer to 10 rings. When someone calls that extension or is transferred to that extension it works fine and goes to VM after 10 rings, but if someone gets the AA under the CP and press the CR number to go to that extension it still rings only 4 times instead of 10 and then goes straight to VM. I'm sure I'm missing something simple, but I just haven't been able to figure it out.

I really appreciate you help.
Thanks,
techintraining

Check your transfer callback and DRT delay/DRT to prime settings. This may be what is causing it to transfer back to the vm gendel.

I'm with b,
From what you have posted, your actions seem correct (FNA,FOB), seems a bit strange you're getting to the general, but I would check the settings suggested by bcousins. The Transfer FNA versus the AA FNA seems to not make sense at all, but maybe if you get the general mailbox thing worked out, it will solve itself, or lead to another answer.
