| OTM Web Admin - Active Directory?? We are trying to install an IVR behind a Norstar MICS. The PABX installer is telling us that hunt groups are not available in MICS. In which MICS release version are hunt groups available? I am not very familiar with Norstar terminology but can a hunt group have an "extension"/directory number associated with it? If yes, is it available in all MICS release versions? Is there any way to get statistics for a hunt group? For example, when all extensions are occupied at anytime? | ||||||||

Location: Kansas Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Quiz Yes, hunt groups are available on versions 4.0 and above. Yes, hunt groups have a DN associated with them. Yes, you can get statistics by adding an SMDR module and additional call accountion software, but I am not sure who's accounting software to suggest. hopefully someone else can suggest which call accounting software works best.
