Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Where are the hard questions ? Where are the hard questions. These are like monday morning customer questions . some issues I recently worked on : -when connecting a bcm exp cab. the bcm400 telephony freeze's . If you take that same exp cab and put it on any other bcm or use a non nortel patch cord it works . -Call center reporting will only print data on 2 of 4 skillsets and you can only see 3 day of data at a time -bcm50 will not register with sig. server where are these kinds of questions ?

Looks like it's time to play "Stump The Chump" starring doubleTap (just kidding) Ok, here is my attempt: I have a BCM 400 twinned, I have 2 PRI and 220 phones. What is the best way to set up this configuration to provide the most reliable phone config without over taxing your resources? __________________ -=Welcome to PBXInfo=- -Become a PBXInfo Supporter -Get more PM Space, Profile Picture, a Signature -Add yourself to Pbxinfo's Frappr -Find Nortel Software Last edited by rixride; 02-25-2006 at 08:17 PM.

Every dog has his day! ![]() __________________ Two snips, a snort, a turn, a fly, and a grunt, and it was so simple, like the jitterbug, it plum evaded me!

His were rather difficult to answer. __________________ -=Welcome to PBXInfo=- -Become a PBXInfo Supporter -Get more PM Space, Profile Picture, a Signature -Add yourself to Pbxinfo's Frappr -Find Nortel Software

Rep Power: 7 ![]() | I can go along with that, just don't want these youngsters thinking they can fix anything. Wait a minute, hell, I can fix anything but a broken heart, and weld anything but the crack of dawn! ![]() __________________ Two snips, a snort, a turn, a fly, and a grunt, and it was so simple, like the jitterbug, it plum evaded me!

Rep Power: 7 ![]() | When you say you are having trouble connecting to the CP 150, expand on that. How are you trying to connect, is it the RCC you can't connect to? __________________ Two snips, a snort, a turn, a fly, and a grunt, and it was so simple, like the jitterbug, it plum evaded me!

The time either never updates more than once or only updates about once a day no matter what frequency you set. There is no detailed log to check the results in as there is in under 4.0 units. How do I trouble shoot? Second question: Are the sets, any model, with 4.0 software, SNMP capable? I am being put up against Avaya sets that are directly addressable though a MIB Browser. Are those tough enough? I hope not because I need the help.
