Have used the Plantronics and GN Netcom, Both with the mechanical handset lifters. The Plantronics works better, just smaller on the head and eaisier to use. Can't remember the part #.

Most of my customers like the GN Netcom. It does not require the handset lifter with the T series phones. The Plantronics was difficult for the customer to set up and sounded "tinny". They sent it back after 2 weeks. I guess it depends on user preference.

I just used the Plantronics Cs50 w/ lifter on an install and the EU loves them. I thought that they were really easy to install and sounded great.

Are ya holding on Slag?

the GN Netcom part # is the 9120. No handset lifter is needed on the T series phones with the headset button. The problem we had with the plantronics was that we had to resync the headset to the base (had to call plantronics support for this) and the customer did not like due to echo and tinny sound. I have other customers that use the plantronics wired headsets and have no problem with them but most of the wireless customers I have prefer the GN Netcom.
