How can i set it up so that someone coming in on our AA has to choose an option or dial and extension and NOT be able to zero out. Or if they zero out have them go back to the start of the AA.

Where is that located. I went through 983 looked in the system manager mailbox items and did not see it there. Is it in the CCR tree admin?

did not do it.. still says operator is not availible and then goes to a general delivery mailbox.

Ok the general delivery mailbox is off. i have it set to return to AA, i have everything done as suggested. Now it says oiperator unavailible and disconnects. Why would it not be going back to the AA?

BTW i must say you all know your stuff and friggin rock.
