is the a way to change the ring of incoming calls when you are currently on another call. right now the new incoming call rings audible which is very distracting. Is there a way to have the new incoming calls ring only once and have a visual display no sound

Try your IN-CALL settings, and you should be able to set it to Ring + Appear, Appear, or Ring...

Of course I am most likely wrong.

Unfortuentely there isn't a way to make it ring once then stop riniging but keep flashing on the line button..

But, you can set DND on BUSY to YES and if the phones in use it will just flash.. But remember, the audible on the second call is muted a bit, but it's still annoying when you are using the speaker phone...
