Location: Rockville, MD Rep Power: 6  | incelement weather- main menu greeting We have just installed a Norstar Plus Modular Integrated Communications System. We have a two main numbers for this particular site. The employees at this particular site want to have the receptionist telephone programmed with both main numbers. They want the main numbers to ring on the Receptionist telephone first and only, if she doesn't answer within 3 rings they want to have the lines roll over to the other telephones. | Senior Member   | Call redirection In capabilities, set the recp set to forward to a hunt group on no answer. Put the other secretaries in the hunt group and program it for broadcast. If it is group 01, then set the forward to 701, (with standard numbering plan) ie; first station begins with 221.
